The Club at Olde Stone is a private golf and residential club in Bowling Green, established in 2006. The growth of the club has resulted in repurposing spaces in an effort to accommodate the growing needs of the membership. The golf simulator was once part of the men’s locker room. The Courtside Cafe was once a storage room. The Snack Shop was once a screened porch at the pool. The Cafe and Snack Shop now share an enlarged kitchen between the two spaces.
The new Courtside café at Olde Stone, a prestigious and private golf course, represents a blend of leisure and luxury designed to enhance the member experience. This project, conceptualized and executed by our dedicated team, introduces a casual yet chic café space adjacent to the vibrant pool area and tennis courts, inviting members to relish refreshing beverages and light meals in a stylish, convenient setting.
The café's design incorporates a serene color palette with teal blue tiles that echo the tranquil waters of the pool, set against sleek black cabinetry that adds a modern contrast. Above, the space is adorned with vibrant, nostalgic artwork depicting various aspects of Olde Stone's rich community life and leisurely pastimes, connecting the space to the larger narrative of the club's heritage and values.
This project was designed with attention to detail—from the functional beverage and service area equipped to handle high demand during peak seasons, to the strategic placement of the artworks that elevate the ambiance. The overall effect is a welcoming and efficient space that perfectly complements the elegance and exclusivity of the Olde Stone club, ensuring that every visit is memorable, whether members are finishing a round of golf or enjoying a sunny day by the pool.
